Scary Hipster Girls

I started to draw portraits of these models from publications and after getting the general bone structure and composition down, I tore up the original source material and began rendering them to my own specifications. The end result is something a little haunting and lonely, but I like it.

MFAH and late night flicks

Friday I cruised over to the MFAH to check out the permanent collection as well as two stunning exhibitions: END GAME – British Contemporary Art from the Chaney Family Collection and Houston Collect – African American Art.

Casual Sunday
